Permanent Court of Arbitration

The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) is an intergovernmental organization founded in 1899 to facilitate arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution between states. It currently has 117 Member States.


The PCA not only solves controversies between two or more States: it also provides services for the resolution of disputes between States, state agencies, international organizations, and private parties.
